You wore pearls to church on Sunday morning or a dressy affair. Not anymore..... I am more of a casual girl. Give me a pair of bluejeans, a cute shirt and a great pair of wedge sandals and I am a happy girl. I love how the dos and don'ts of fashion that I grew up with are a thing of the past. White is no longer allowed only during Memorial Day and Labor Day. Jeans are no longer worn with just a tee shirt or sweatshirt. A great pair of jeans can be dressed up with a great jacket and a tank and yes.....pearls.

And have you noticed...no longer are pearls just round. I love the look of pearls with turquoise, pearls and silver, pearls with pink.........

Cindinoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7783005352436731035.post-13218246235060335712011-05-21T04:55:00.001-07:002011-05-21T04:55:19.370-07:002011-05-21T04:55:19.370-07:00

Cindinoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7783005352436731035.post-83857861371370353822011-05-15T13:59:00.000-07:002011-05-15T13:59:41.812-07:002011-05-15T13:59:41.812-07:00Stack Rings

Did I mention I love stacking? That is what I love about the Internet and blogging. You have that access at your fingertips whenever you want.

After reading alot of blogs on beading I found my fav.....Make Bracelets by Tracy Statler at makebraceletsblog.com. Not only do I love her designs and "how to" videos but her blog is an easy read. Not overwhelming and cluttered....aesthetically pleasing.

I have been so inspired by Tracy and her designs that I can't seem to make bracelets fast enough. And with beads I have had for so long with no inspiration as to what I wanted to do with them. I have made some of my favorite bracelets from those very beads. Thank you, Tracy. I visit your blog everyday. I hope one day someone will pay me that same compliment.
I love to stack bracelets and rings. Notice the endless possiblities you could put together.

Cindinoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7783005352436731035.post-60378799719770053252011-05-08T13:11:00.000-07:002011-05-15T14:09:08.069-07:002011-05-15T14:09:08.069-07:00For The Love Of BeadingBeading has been a hobby off and on again for years. But over the last year I have come to love it more than ever. I think it is because there are so many awesome options and materials to inspire and motiviate beaders. And then there is the endless, beautful selections of beads.

If all of this is not reason enough to love beading.....what about stress relief? I am still amazed that in such stressful times, nothing is more calming to me than beading. I come in from a stressful day at work, bead a pretty bracelet and my mind is clear and the stress of the day is gone.

Oh for the love of beading........

Cindinoreply@blogger.com0
